As We Are Stakeholder Survey

Independent consultants Dr Helen Grzyb and Liesbeth Goedhart are conducting a confidential Survey of all As We Are stakeholders. The Survey will take place online between 28 January to 4 February 2020, with a hard copy survey posted to all artists 28 January and to be returned by Friday 7 February 2020.

To complete the Survey please visit:

For those interested to learn more about the electronic survey we are conducting to seek your views, we are using Survey Monkey, by direct email (or hard copy) to each As We Are community member, including:

  • Western Australian artists who have an intellectual disability
  • Family members/friends of the artists
  • Support workers
  • Artist facilitators/mentors/teachers
  • Current and past staff members of As We Are
  • Disability and arts sector workers
  • Partners of As We Are
  • Sponsors of As We Are
  • Donors of As We Are
  • Funding body representatives
  • Other stakeholders.

There will be 30 questions and the survey will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete. The survey includes different types of questions to get as balanced a view as possible. In addition there are opportunities for you to write your thoughts in free comment sections.

The results of the survey will be in the form of a report to As We Are. We maintain your confidentiality by ensuring that no individual responses will be included in the report. The report will inform the strategic planning process for As We Are, which is currently under way.

If you require any support to complete the survey, or if you have any questions, please contact Liesbeth on 0402 447 171 or at

Thank you for your participation!
