As We Are Art Workshops for Children Who Have an Intellectual Disability

As We Are is running a series of art workshops this April school holidays for children aged 6 – 12 years who have an interest in art.  Children will learn a range of two-dimensional art techniques including painting, drawing, colour and mark making in the experimental workshops, with a focus on individual expression. Children are also encouraged to bring along any magazine cut outs or photographs of images that they love – they are a great to use for inspiration or to draw upon when making their art work!

All skill levels welcome!

The workshops will be run by artist and As We Are Coordinator Susie Waller.

Session 1: Ages 6 to 9

Date: 9.30 – 11.30am, Monday 14th April
